Don't give up

DON'T GIVE IN The point is that your salvation helps you to forsake sins, but you can't forget everything about sin; after you surrender your life to Jesus, the formal thoughts of sin will still come, the tendencies and temptation will come. Some time you will feel weak and vulnerable, and suggestion may come to your mind to give in to sin by the pressures within and without. Sometimes, this pressure will will be so pressing as if you can't but give in to it; people outside may be pressing you to yield to sin again. The memory of the past sin may flood your mind as if you have not be saved, and Satan will try to confuse you that you are not a child of God. Another common issue is after you have resisted a particular sinful habit and you think that is the end, you may be surprised that the tendency will re-surge after some months or years. You may be disturbed and wonder why that again? The reason is because Satan is not dead yet and he is desperate about your dear life. Y...

The Mock Worship

MOCK WORSHIP The soldiers who were to crucify Jesus Christ twisted a crown of thorns and put it on Jesus' head and began to worship Him. "Then they struck Him on the head with a reed and spat on Him; and bowing the knee, they worshiped Him." Mark 15:19. After worshiping Jesus, in the next verse they went to crucify Him, "And when they had mocked Him, they took the purple off Him, put His own clothes on Him, and led Him out to crucify Him." Mark 15:20. This type of worship is fake, it is mockery and not true. But there are so many Christians doing same mock worship today, fake worship of mockery, majority of Christians are doing exactly the same today. How? Read further: When you sing and praise God in a sweet voice and melodious song as many will do tomorrow in the name of Thanksgiving service, praising like never before, dancing like what happened, and worshiping, crying and even rolling on the floor. But after the such heavy worship, you go ahead to crucif...

Is Masturbation a Sin?

IS MASTURBATION A SIN?. To start with, masturbation is self service by which one derives pleasure; it's a sexual stimulation of the genitals, usually to the point of orgasm, it's usually performed using the hands, fingers, everyday objects, or dedicated sex toys. So the question: Is it sinful for a child of God to masturbate? The sincere and simple answer is that, it is biblically sinful based on these three points: (1) IT'S DISHONORING YOUR BODY. Pastors and preachers who claim that masturbation is not a sin are the same people who say a godly woman can dress any how; their base is that God's is not concern about what you do with your body, watch out! Such people believe God is only after your mind or your heart, and your body is none of His business, you can dress half naked as a woman, you can wear earrings as a man, perm your hair like woman; you can smoke, drink, it is your body, normal habit, and none of God's business. Such teaching of your body is not Go...

Your body is important

Many Christians and preachers claim that God is only interested in their hearts and nothing with their body, and so they can do anything with their bodies. Such teaching and notion is from the pit of hell, very deceptive and destructive; the same Christians ask God to heal their bodies when they are sick and also ask God to protect their bodies, so if God is not interested in their bodies, why will God heal their bodies from sickness? If they think their faith in God has nothing to do with God, why will they ask God to heal or protect the their body from attacks?

Prayer without faith

PRAYER WITHOUT FAITH This is common in the lives of many Christians today, we pray as routine, just to pray because we are Christians, without faith in God for the prayer, without expectation for the prayer. Prayer without faith is in vain. We pray because we serve God that answers prayer, who delights in our prayer. Prayer is an exciting activity because God listens and answers, but when prayer becomes boring to you, it means you do not have faith that God listens or will answer your prayer. The fact that God delays to answer your demands does not means He is denying you or He does not delight in you; God is only doing great things on your behalf that will daze many who will later hear your testimony. If you have the knowledge that whenever you pray, heaven stands still, that God is waiting for the sweet smelling of your prayer, you will look forward to praying, and not look warm in prayer. Jesus did not ask us to pray for the sake of praying as a Christian routine, but He asks us t...

Compromise

O M P R O M I S E 1 Kings 13:16, 17, 19, "And he said, “I cannot return with you nor go in with you; neither can I eat bread nor drink water with you in this place. 17 For I have been told by the word of the Lord, ‘You shall not eat bread nor drink water there, nor return by going the way you came.’”......So he went back with him, and ate bread in his house, and drank water." Compromise is going against the Word and will of God as a result of internal and external pressure; what people will say, and because of personal profit, pleasure or position. Call to compromise is a common occurrence in Christian living, but compromising is a personal decision to run into enemy's trap and waste God's grace and mercy. As a dedicated child of God who has experienced genuine salvation, you will come across situations where you will either stand for the Word of God or compromise with the world. COMMON CHRISTIANS "Everybody is doing it, and why not you? Why do you want to b...

The real life of Christianity

The Bible says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16. God primarily sent Jesus to this world to deliver you from eternal condemnation, not just from financial poverty or problem of life; Jesus came to this world to deliver ETERNAL LIFE unto you, not just prosperity or sweet life on earth. So if you are a Christian, but your primary purpose is not ETERNAL LIFE, then you are one of the mixed multitude; if you are a Christian but you are not living for ETERNAL LIFE, then you are missing everything; if you are a Christian but your name is not written in the Book of Life, then you are a miserable Christian.

CHRISTIANS WITHOUT ETERNAL LIFE .

CHRISTIANS WITHOUT ETERNAL LIFE ..... “And this is the promise that He has promised us – eternal life.” 1 John 2:25 Do you know that you can be a Christian, committed, and yet no eternal life? Because in this end time, there are so many Christians and ministers without eternal life. Do you have eternal life in you? This goes beyond claiming it. Jesus Christ came to this world for a major purpose, with major preaching and of major promise, and that is ETERNAL LIFE or EVERLASTING LIFE. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” John 3:16. There are many Christians today without eternal life in them and many churches growing larger but without eternal life. You can be rich, prospered financially and materially without eternal life in you. You can be intelligent, healthy and having several miracles from God every day yet lack eternal life. In your church, you may...

AND WHAT NEXT AFTER YOU ARE SAVED?

AND WHAT NEXT AFTER YOU ARE SAVED? What happened after we are saved? Should we continue in sin and keep on claiming justification by faith? No, We are saved and justified by faith, but we are not saved to continue in sin; we are saved by faith to live righteous. If anyone claims to be saved and continues in sin, then from what was he saved? Is salvation in Christ not to be free from the bondage of sin? So if we continue in sin, then we are not yet saved. "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2:10. Paul mentioned work different times after faith of salvation. We are saved for good righteous work, not for sinful works
